AWS Data Engineer - Consultant

As an AWS Data Engineer at the Consultant level at KPMG, you will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures on the AWS cloud platform. Your responsibilities will include developing ETL/ELT processes, building data lakes and data warehouses using AWS services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, and Athena. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, implement data ingestion frameworks, and ensure data quality and governance standards are maintained. The role also involves performance tuning of data solutions, writing efficient SQL and Python/PySpark code, and working with CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation. You will contribute to solution architecture discussions and support client-facing engagements with technical expertise.
