As a PowerBI and Python Developer at the Manager level, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced data analytics and visualization solutions using Power BI and Python to support business intelligence initiatives.
You will build interactive dashboards, automated reports, and data pipelines that transform raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders. The role involves writing Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), as well as developing custom data models and DAX measures in Power BI.
You will lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, defining data strategies, and presenting analytical findings are key aspects of this role.
The position also involves managing project timelines, mentoring team members, and continuously exploring new tools and techniques to enhance the team's analytics capabilities and delivery efficiency.
