This is a Manager-level role within KPMG's Human Capital Advisory (HCA) Learning practice, supporting US-based engagements. You will be responsible for leading and managing learning and development initiatives, designing training strategies, and overseeing the delivery of learning programs for clients.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end learning projects, developing learning frameworks and curricula, and collaborating with client stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps.
