This is a Manager-level role within KPMG's Human Capital Advisory (HCA) Learning practice, supporting US-based engagements. You will be responsible for leading and managing learning and development initiatives, designing training strategies, and overseeing the delivery of learning programs for clients.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end learning projects, developing learning frameworks and curricula, and collaborating with client stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps. You will guide a team of analysts and consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

The role requires strong expertise in instructional design, learning management systems, and talent development methodologies. You will also be expected to contribute to business development efforts, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement in learning delivery processes.
