This is a Senior Analyst role focused on proposal writing and pursuit support, working with US-based onshore engagement teams. You will create document structures based on RFx requirements and collaborate with engagement teams to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
Key responsibilities include quickly grasping proposal and presentation objectives, identifying requirements for the Pursuit Support team, and delivering high-quality proposals within tight deadlines. You will create and maintain standard presentations and a content library for reuse in future opportunities. Gathering and evaluating data from internal portals and leveraging standard templates is a core part of the role.
You will also build and maintain a repository of client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and marketing collateral on Microsoft SharePoint. Creating professional, visually appealing proposals that meet client expectations and adhere to KPMG Brand Guidelines is essential. The role requires identifying process improvement opportunities and exploring automation to minimize manual effort and increase project efficiency. Work timings will align with US hours (shifts between 11:30 AM–8:00 PM IST or 4:30 PM–1:00 AM IST).
