This role involves providing support and consulting services for Workday Core HCM and PEX (Product Extensions) within KPMG's global delivery organization. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday Core HCM modules to support HR business processes across member firms.
As an Associate Consultant, you will work on incident resolution, service requests, and enhancement projects related to Workday Core HCM. You will collaborate with functional and technical teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within the Workday platform.
The role requires understanding of Workday HCM business processes, security configurations, and reporting capabilities. You will also support testing activities, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of Workday solutions.
You will interact with global stakeholders to understand their needs, provide timely resolutions, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the Workday support function.
