Executive - IT Operations - VDI New
This role focuses on providing VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) support within KPMG's IT Operations team in Bangalore. You will support and troubleshoot issues reported for VDI desktops across platforms such as Citrix, VMWare, WVD, and Amazon WorkSpaces, as well as support applications published within the VDI environment.
Key responsibilities include guiding users on proper VDI usage for better responsiveness, creating incident tickets based on issue impact, and working on tickets assigned to the team's work queue. You will escalate issues to onshore and vendor teams as required, following up until closure.
The role involves working directly with business users on the production floor or remotely to understand and troubleshoot issues. You will analyze support process efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement. The position requires knowledge of Windows OS, end-user IT hardware, and general IT operations support.
This position may require operating on 24x7 shift timings as needed. A graduate qualification is required.
