Assistant Manager - IT Audit New
As an Assistant Manager in IT Audit, you will lead and execute IT audit engagements covering IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), and interface/IPE controls through detailed code reviews and system assessments. Your work will span areas such as Change Management, Access Management, Backup Management, Incident and Problem Management, SDLC, Data Migration, Batch Job scheduling, and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery.
You will perform risk assessments, identify and evaluate controls, prepare process flow diagrams, and document findings in Risk & Control Matrices. The role involves planning and executing SOX 404, SOC-1, SOC-2, and internal/external audit engagements, as well as conducting controls assessments in both manual and automated environments. You will also contribute to preparing and reviewing policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining strong relationships with client management and engagement managers, providing regular updates on project progress, and collaborating with team members to develop workpapers and deliverables. You should demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply that knowledge to evaluate technological impacts on client environments. SAP experience and familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL, and OWASP are highly valued.
