Executive - SAP-SF-Employee Central (EC)

This position is for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Associate Consultant who will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and managing the SF Employee Central module for a variety of clients. You should have 2-4 years of hands-on experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including at least 1-2 complete end-to-end implementations. Core responsibilities involve configuring MDF objects, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows within Employee Central. The role demands strong client-facing experience, where you will interact directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Team handling experience is preferred. You should demonstrate strong learning agility and a willingness to quickly adapt to new tasks and project environments. A degree in IT or related field is expected, and SAP Certification is preferred.
