As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding/Offboarding 2.0 Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0 modules for clients across various industries.
Your responsibilities will include configuring onboarding and offboarding processes, building custom workflows, managing compliance documentation, and integrating the modules with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors components. You will participate in end-to-end project implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.
The role requires hands-on experience with SAP SF Onboarding/Offboarding 2.0 configuration, including document templates, task management, and cross-module integrations. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a consulting environment are essential.
