Solution Architect L2

This Solution Architect role is responsible for creating enterprise-wide architectural designs for new deals and major change requests, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business outcomes. You will lead solutioning of client RFPs, define current and target state architectures, evaluate technology options and tradeoffs, and recommend investment roadmaps. The role requires close collaboration with sales, consulting, program management, and delivery teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture principles and client objectives. You will identify technical and process risks, prepare mitigation plans, and provide quality assurance across all architecture decisions. Building trusted relationships with executives, technical leaders, and product owners, while also contributing thought leadership through white papers, POCs, and speaking engagements, is a key expectation of this senior role. Team management responsibilities include mentoring junior architects and managing resource planning.
