About the Role

This Business Development Representative (BDR) role is part of the Sales Development organization, focused on generating new business pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and account research. You will identify and reach out to key decision makers within new and existing accounts through cold calling, email, and other outreach methods, nurturing early-stage opportunities and sourcing net new logos within your assigned territory. The role involves partnering closely with core sellers to align on pipeline strategy, researching lines of business and personas, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the Salesforce India business. You will be enrolled in an intensive sales training program including product bootcamp, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to develop the foundational skills for a long-term sales career at Salesforce. Consistent achievement of pipeline and quota metrics is a key success measure.
