Package Consultant - SuccessFactors Core HR

This Package Consultant role specializes in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core HR), responsible for designing and deploying HR technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and support strategic HR transformation initiatives. You will configure, implement, and troubleshoot core Employee Central functions including business rules, workflows, position management, MDF objects, and internal and external integrations. The role requires working closely with clients to analyze their HR requirements and deliver tailored SuccessFactors solutions that improve operational efficiency and support seamless adoption. You will provide training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth transitions, and leverage knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules to deliver comprehensive HR platform solutions. Experience with external EC integrations including data exchange protocols and interface design is a strong advantage.
