Software Engineer

This Software Engineer role in Pune focuses on IT support, business systems maintenance, and technical problem resolution for Fisher Flow Controls. You will troubleshoot, communicate, and manage support issues using a ticket management system, gather requirements for system and process improvements, and participate in testing and verification of system upgrades and fixes. The role requires in-depth knowledge of business systems, databases, and processes, as well as the ability to work with functional staff to resolve issues and coordinate with technical teams to ensure SLA adherence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, and Windows Server administration is essential. The ability to read log files, debug code, and understand rules-based product configuration and product definition concepts is strongly desired.
