About the Role

The Manager of Proactive Monitoring Engineering leads a team responsible for 24x7 monitoring of critical customer business processes, platform limits, and automations to proactively avert problems before they impact customers. You will define delivery strategy for customer success and build strong partnerships across Worldwide Support, Premier Products, and Engineering teams. Key responsibilities include managing a team of Proactive Monitoring engineers to achieve KPI targets and operational excellence, ensuring team members leverage the right tools, resources, and processes to deliver effective technical solutions. You will create and manage global processes and infrastructure for delivery and resolution targets, define escalation processes, and drive continuous improvements. The role requires proactive engagement with regional and worldwide executives to strengthen customer relationships, developing working relationships with Support and Infrastructure management, and implementing change management strategies. You are expected to be both technically competent and business-oriented, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both engineers and executive leadership.
