About the Role

As Senior Director of Renewals, you will lead one or multiple teams of renewal professionals focused on protecting and growing revenue within your designated territory. You will define and drive the vision and strategy for renewal activities, including identifying and forecasting attrition risk, designing execution plans, and collaborating with Sales and Customer Success leadership. You will develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies for contract renewals that maximize contract value while maintaining customer trust. Key responsibilities include building executive-level alignment with stakeholders, mentoring and developing your renewals team, running weekly forecast meetings to drive accuracy, and maintaining a rolling 120-day renewal forecast. You will maximize account growth by ensuring your team actively identifies incremental opportunities such as up-sells, cross-sells, and add-ons during contract renewals. You will collaborate with internal resources including Competitive Intelligence, Pricing, Product Management, and Account Executives to develop comprehensive win strategies. The role requires clear risk communication, resolution strategy development, and ensuring team adherence to best practices for opportunity management, data quality, quotations, and forecasting.
